Project overview
The Society managed the Inclusive Education Support Project – Speech Therapy, which was implemented in partnership with five associations, as follows:
- Al Amal Rehabilitation Society - Rafah
- Deir Al Balah Rehabilitation Society- DBRS
- Al Maghazi Community Rehabilitation Society - MCRS
- Nuseirat Rehabilitation and Social Training Association - NRASTA
- Jabaliah Rehabilitation Society- JRS
The project included conducting a survey to identify speech problems among children with and without disabilities, providing speech therapy sessions for 310 children, and raising caregivers’ awareness of speech and language problems.
Overall, the project benefited 1,300 children and 600 caregivers.
