Al-Bureij Society for Community Rehabilitation Renews Partnership with EduCaid and Signs an Agreement to Implement the “Education Without Barriers” Project
As part of strengthening cooperation among organizations and developing an inclusive education environment, Al-Bureij Society for Community Rehabilitation signed an agreement to implement the “Education Without Barriers” project in cooperation with its partners at EduCaid.
The project aims to strengthen children’s basic skills and enable them to access inclusive and integrated education that removes all barriers facing them, to build a better future.
The signing of this agreement comes as a formalization of the mutual trust between the two parties and a culmination of the successful achievements and tangible results achieved during the implementation of the first phase, entitled “Back to School: No One Left Behind”; the first phase targeted 240 students who had dropped out of school due to the circumstances of the war, and included the provision of educational services, psychosocial support, in addition to providing the necessary school furniture and equipment.
Building on this success, the “Education Without Barriers” project will expand the scope of the intervention and add 120 new students, bringing the total number of children benefiting from the project to 360 students.
This project is implemented in partnership and cooperation between BSCR and EduCaid, with generous funding from the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), reaffirming the commitment of all parties to providing a safe and inclusive learning environment for every child.
